I had a very good stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, with competitive prices for the accommodation and breakfast. Secondly, the hotel staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. They were friendly and willing to help with any requests or questions. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were up to standard, and I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my room and the breakfast room.

While there were a few minor issues, overall, everything was satisfactory.

Spent Christmas at a lodge in Knysna and was delighted with its stunning interior design. the breathtaking view from the terrace was a bonus, and the location was perfect as we were close to many amenities. the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the menu had something for everyone.

The slow service, and the lodge wasn't adequately staffed, which affected the quality of their service. the lodge had poor signage;

Incredible views, spacious room with a big comfortable bed, and fantastic bathroom with heated towel rails. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even providing extra coffee, sugar sachets and milk for my room. The location of the hotel was serene and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax.
